Works great for pain relief. Be prepared for the strange herbal smell. Smells a little like chicken broth to me.

This product has helped me be able to work comfortably with my neck and back pain from lupus. Only suggestion I have is that it have a machine washable cover. My kids dont like the way the Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Lemongrass smells, but it doesnt bother me.

I received one in white a few years ago as a gift and it gave immediate relief to what I call "computer neck." When I recently saw that it came in colors - I just HAD to have more! I use different colors at work (looks a little more attractive than the white). The more colors they make these in, the more I'll buy!
