Seems to be very effective multivitamin. Glad that it is now available in USA. I used to buy a 1 year supply on my annual visit to Puerto Vallarta.

This helps me get through long days when burning the candle at both ends. Initially I was not sure if they were helpful. Two days after finishing the first package, I could really tell the difference in my energy level. They help you to keep going even when you are really tired. It totally helps my attitude and focus.

I take this vitamin usually around 3:00 PM every day. I prefer taking this over a Snickers Candy Bar to help me get thru the rest of the day and evening. Don't get me wrong, I still love them Snickers...but I need to cut down my intake - Dr.'s Orders. Fewer Calories.

I took this vitamin because I was told it was great for energy...I took 3 vitamins in the morning for a whole week, however I didn't feel any different. I am going to continue taking it...maybe the effect will be felt later. I do eat pretty healthy...but have no energy to go work out.
