Stage 1 foods introduce fruits, vegetables and single grains to text for food sensitivities. From about 4 months.

1. Remove plastic wrap and discard
2. Pull at corner to peel off seal

1. Put desired amount of cereal into a bowl
   • For the first feeding, start with 1 tablespoon
   • Increase as baby's appetite increases
   • For a full serving, use 4 tablespoons
2. Stir in breast milk, formula, Beech Nut infant juice or Beech Nut water to desired consistency, and feed. Feed you baby Beech Nut cereal once or twice a day

1. Mix 1/4 cup with 1/4-1/2 cup unheated liquid
2. Warm at medium (50% power) for 15-30 seconds
3. Stir to even out temperature
4. Test temperature before feeding
