when I first saw this product for only a [$] I thought.."something must be wrong with this, since they are selling 2 in 1 package for this price, But I needed eyeliner that day. So, I decided to give it a try. Thank gosh I did! this stuff is great. if your not really a big fan of eyeliner and your looking for a starter or if you just need new eyeliner, this is the ONE! it goes on smoothly, smuddges a little, but you can get over that part, it stays on for a long time, and it works good in bringing out the eyes. this was the first type of eyeliner i bought and i am really impressed by it's quality. if you need eyeliner choose this one!!
