My son and daughter are frequent nose bleeders. These do work and stop the bleeding quickly, these are always needed in the car, my purse and even their back packs at school.

Although I hesitated to purchase these pricey little strips, I eventually did. I continue to buy them as my child continues to get spontaneous nosebleeds at pools, restaurants, and even in bed.
Each strip is sealed so that they can be split up into sports/pool bag, purse/backpack, car first aid kit etc. I need them in all those places. On rare occasion, I have used two on a nose bleed, but one usually takes care of it quickly and my son can get back to whatever he was doing.
While nosebleeds can be a symptom of serious underlying medical problems, a cause has not been located in our case, so I guess I will just keep buying these nose clotters. There is another brand that you have to fold up before you use and it seems there is already a hand shortage with a nosebleed, so I prefer this brand as there is no folding required. These strips are the perfect size for my 11 yr old--I can not comment on different size noses and this product as I have only used them on my son. They ARE worth the money to me. I feel more secure (and useful) having them close by.
