I have tired everything out there and this is the one that I use all the time! It helps me fall asleep and if I wake up in the middle of the night I am able to fall right back asleep with no problems!

It Didn't Help Me

Cons: headache, Doesn't Work

I was taking it at night (2 times) at the same time that i take my regular medicine. my regular makes me (a little) drowsy and taking this at the same time i would think i would go sleep with no problem, but i didn't. i took it at 10pm and i didn't go to bed til 1am as usual.
