- 1-3/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup rinsed wheat hard red berries
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately..
