Change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area. Allow to dry. Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change and especially when exposed to wet diapers for a prolonged period of time, such as bedtime.

Pros: performance

Other more popular creams and ointments did not work for our baby girl because her skin was so sensitive but this stuff did the trick from the first use on. I would definitely recommend this to any parent with a child allergic to diapers or with sensitive skin like our lil one.
