- Purifying Toothpaste (4 oz / 112 g)
- Anti-Bacterial Tongue Spray, Clean Mint (2 fl oz / 59 mL)
- Alcohol-Free Anti-Bacterial Mouth Rinse, Clean Mint (8 fl oz / 237 mL)
- 2 Tongue Scrapers
- Toothpaste -
- Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by an oral care professional.
- Instruct Children under 6 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.
- Children under 2 years of age: Consult an oral care professional.
- Tongue Spray - Spray 2-3 times on tongue, then gently scrape with tongue scraper.
- Mouth Rinse -
- Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Vigorously swish 1/2 oz undiluted for 30 seconds and expectorate. Do not swallow
- Instruct Children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits
- Children under age six: Consult a dentist or doctor
- Tongue Scrapers - Spray tongue spray onto the back of the tongue. Bend scraper into a 'U' as shown, holding firmly at both ends. Place as far back on the tongue as comfortable and gently pull forward. Repeat process on the sides of the tongue, rinsing scraper after each pull.
