I LOVE these strips. They instantly help you breath better. I have been using them for years. I mainly use them at night when I am congested.

I tried Breathe Right strips a few years ago and find that I sleep much better when I wear them. They make it much easier to breathe with my nasal allergies. I think the company charges too much for the product, but Walgreens,com has the best price I've found, especially when they are on sale!

My husband uses them nearly daily to help him sleep. He tends to get sinus congestion and this is a non-medication product to ease the difficulty of head congestion. Sizing is important and he found the small/medium original tan to be the most helpful and comfortable yet they can be difficult to find in stores.

I love this product! the first time i tried it was a few years ago from a sample i got in the mail, and the night I tried it was one of the most comfortable and refreshing night's sleep i had in a long time. I usually suffer from allergic congestion at night and this worked fantastically well... TIP: wait till you shower or wash your face to remove it though, it can be very sticky.

I use this product every night; I couldn't breathe without it. I tried the clear version of Breathe Right, and they just don't stick all night. If you sweat at night, you need tan Breathe Right.
