Remove plastic case carefully. Remove band from reasonable container case. Loop band on wrist, ankle or belt. Place the tip with arrow through the hole. Adjust to wear loosely around wrist or ankle to allow air flow. May be placed on a table, bedpost or any other object indoors & outdoors. For children under the age of three (3) avoid direct skin contact & instead place on stroller, walkers, carriers or attach to clothing. When not in use, place band in resealable plastic case to prolong its life. Dispose of product with recyclable plastic.
