The ointment is great. The tube needs some improvement. It is hard to squeeze the tube to get out all of the ointment.

My Dad is 94, has problems with incontinence and tends to get skin breakdown from wet briefs. This is THE best stuff for diaper rash and elderly skin breakdown. Better than Boudreaux's Butt Paste. It IS a little expensive but worth it, and I DO wish they also sold it in a larger size, but I won't use anything else for him.

I have been working in a long term care facility for years caring for aging adults with ALL level on needs. Biggest problem is incontinence and the use of incontinence briefs. Just like with small children our skin becomes very delicate and sensitive as we age. Providing a barrier of protection is a must. Calmoseptine is the GOLD STANDARD in my profession. I have used look alike products, and products that promise to work just as well but trust me they are NOT just as good. So I was really glad to see this great product made available to the public. Used on old or young and those of us in between you can't beat Calmoseptine. It is thick and meant to stay in place.
***DO NOT use excessive rubbing to fully remove from skin. Soap and water work well or a Peri- Wash product if you can find it.***
