Rated 4 out of 5Â by Mary It's fine
I ordered it because it is long. The way I'm using it on my father's recliner needs to be adjusted though because the cord for the control is not quite long enough from the back of a Lazy Boy to reach his armrest. I also bought it for the auto shutoff which is very important for older people. The light blinks at some point and I'm wondering if that is when it is auto-shutting off. When it is in that blinking mode, it doesn't stop blinking right away when you hit the off button. I think it stopped blinking when I hit the off button two or three times. The point is, nothing on the box or simple instructions mentioned the blinking light, so I'm still not sure what it means, and the blinking light worried and confused my elderly father. That should be corrected I think. It works well other than that and seems like good quality.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by paoc I love the Auto Shut-Off
When I want to sleep and I need the heating pad it is goog to have the Auto Shut-Off, also the size of the pad is good and the quality of the pad is good...
Maybe It will be a good idea to have 4 settings so that they put a higher temperature but anyway it is a good product

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Shelli the Florist 2 hr automatic cut off not advertised
This item is not advertised as having a 2 hour cut off. I wanted an oversized heating pad that would stay on until I turn it off. I got an oversized, great quality pad that has a 2 hour timer. I already own 3 of the Cara brand heating pads that don't turn themselves off and they are wonderful. The item is an excellent product, it's Walgreen's advertising that will fool you.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by achy breaky body misleading product information
web site fails to mention that this unit will turn off after 1 hr. there is no way to program it for longer and is quite a hassle for someone like me that needs to sleep with it on constantly.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Shelli the florist Covers the whole back, not just one area
I have bulging disks in my lower back. I am on my feet for 8-12 hours per day as a floral designer. I come home each night and lay on my pad and it really helps my back muscles relax. And it covers most of my back. With a regular-sized heating pad, I could only get relief on the upper or lower back, one at a time.
