Rated 3 out of 5 by kadacozarh this MIGHT work I purchased this yesterday and it does give a cool feeling BUT-it is a bit hard to get used to. I always have a hot flash right after I go to bed and my pillow heats up instantly. Flipping it over didn't help much as the other side heated up almost instantly too and then I was out of sides.I slipped this inside my pillow case and could feel the coolness but it is kind of like sleeping on a block. I am used to my fluffy pillow and you lose that fluffy feeling with this in the pillow. I woke once in the night due to knee pain and realized it was no longer cool-so apparently where your head lies WILL heat up eventually. I simply slid over to a cool spot and went back to sleep. IF you can get used to the hard feeling of the pillow this may help you get to sleep. August 10, 2012
