I have been using Cetaphil DermaControl cleanser for a month and have been pleased with the product because it is gentle on skin and it has a foam dispenser.
Before using this cleanser, I was using a salicylic acid cleanser which left my face dry and irritated. It also was not as effective with oil control. This product is the perfect balance of an effective cleanser and oil control.
I like the foam dispenser because one pump is the perfect amount of cleanser, even when removing make-up.
I would defiantly recommend this product to those who have sensitive, acne prone skin due to oil...plus it smells nice.

I have always used the standard Cetaphil face cleanser and love it. My skin can get oily and is acne prone (I am in my late 30s), so I thought I’d give the Foam Wash a try. I live in the Midwest and it was February/March when I tried this cleanser. It foamed very nicely, although it had a medicinal taste that I didn’t really like. I felt like my skin was very clean after using the wash; however, it was too drying for my skin. My undereye area became very rough and dry and my skin felt almost stripped until I applied an after-wash lotion. I think this cleanser may actually work really well in the heat of the summer, but during the colder months, it was just too drying.

I have used this product for 2 weeks and I really like it. I think it smells nice and clean and doesn't overdry. It definitely has kept my acne at bay but typically with my skin most products work right away then stop working so we will see if this keeps doing the job in a month or two and I will report back again.

My negative review is for this product ONLY. Cetaphil's bar and pump liquid varieties are excellent. This foam wasn't very good. My face didn't feel clean and an hour later my skin felt like I had rubbed it with vegetable oil. I will be going back to my usual Cetaphil product asap.

I've been using this product for about two weeks now. I have combo skin so its a little hard to keep nice and smooth. I wasn't able to use this product twice a day like they recommend but I've been using it every other night and its worked wonderfully. My skin feels so much smoother. Its gotten rid of the tiny bumps I had on my forehead that weren't visible but I could feel. I will def continue to use this product. Works great with the moisterizer from the same line. So happy with this product. I will continue to use for sure.
