Although it looks too thin to be comfortable, I found it have many adjustment points and fits well. The pad part does have adjustments as well depending on the site needed for pressure. It washes well and seems durable.
I have the 'other' one on the market and it feels very constrictive. While the pad looks larger, it does not adjust at all.

Looks are deceiving. This belt has no adjustments in critical areas. The reduction pads are too small and again, no adjustment. If the area you need is off where the pad hits, too bad. The 'pad' itself is a very hard foam and rounded too much. It hurts worse than the hernia it's supposed to relieve.
The leg straps are fixed. No adjustment. Cuts off the leg circulation unless you have skinny,skinny legs.
There are much better products on the market.

The first belt I received was perfect. But the second one I purchased was constructed with inferior material. It has plastic sewn to the cloth and it cut the stitches. I returned this to the local Walgreens and got a debit card refund. I am going to buy another one and hope it is the quality of the first belt. Your buyer needs to look into the quality of construction. Plastic or nylon should not be used and poorly stitched. I think you may have a supplier that slipped one over on you. I'm a runner. would like even lighter weight verson for running. This is best value and design otherwise.

I have used this product for a year and it has served me well, going to order another for backup. I highly recommend this product for anyone that needs inquinal hernia support. Kansas.

I have been using this product for 5 days and find it to be effective in keeping a direct left inquinal hernia in reduction during work and workouts at the Y. It can be worn undetected under boxer shorts and workout shorts. I plan to buy another one.
