After spraining my ankle, this gave lots of support but I had to order up one size so keep that in mind when using sizing guide.

The first two weeks, the ankle wrap was used by two of my older children for injuries while exercising. The online wrap was better than anything I have seen in the stores.

When ordered picture color is black, packaging picture is black, which is what I needed. But product is bright blue.
