I ordered this from another site and the first day it worked great but then wouldn't turn on. I can only account it to the fact i believe it was used. I used one of my sisters and it's great so i just ordered this one to replace the bad one i ordered. This thing heats up very quickly and get super hot. It may be thin but man does it work wonders on my very thick curly hair.

I ordered it thinking it was going to be like the standard chi hair straighteners out there well it is half the size, more like 1/4 of an inch is what it looks like.
I returned it the day I got it.
The store was very helpful and efficient with my return!
