Allergy Warning:  Do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine or other "caine" anesthetics

Sore Throat Warning:  Severe or persistent sore throat or sore throat that occurs with high fever, headache, nausea, and vomiting may be serious.  Ask doctor right away.  Do not use more than 2 days or give to children under 6 years of age unless directed by a doctor.

When using this product:  Do not exceed recommended dosage

Stop use and ask doctor if sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days, or if irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens.  Swelling, rash or fever develops, difficulty in breathing occurs.  Cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or persistent headache.  These could be signs of a serious condition.

If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.  In the case of accidental overdose, of if more than used for pain relief is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away. 

Check the expiration date before using.

Store at room temperature and protect from moisture.

Tamper Evident:  Do not use if blister package with "Chloraseptic" name has been disturbed or opened.
