You should try this product if you have resistant gray hair! I have tried several hair color products like Preference by Loreal and did not get results anywhere near the results I got with Clairol Root Touch Up. It covered my gray 100% and did not turn my gray hair a different color like red or hot pink, which has happened with the other products I have tried. It blended very well with the rest of my hair color. I only placed it on the roots, where my hair was coming in gray, and it looks like I colored my entire head! The gray is gone, the color is shiny and true to what the shade was on the box. It was also very simple to use. It comes with a small plastic container to mix the products together and the brush to use for applying the color to your hair. The gloves are also included. The price is very reasonable. The whole process took me less than 20 minutes. I will be buying Clairol's Root Touch up from now on. My search for a product that actually covers gray completely and gives you a beautiful natural looking color is over. I would highly recommend this product.

It's saving me money AND is easier on my hair. I was skeptical about their claims that it could match any color, even salon color -- but it certainly worked with the (Aveda) salon color I've been paying for for years. First, I did my VERY gray roots, then I lathered it through my entire head for the last five minutes. Easier on the hair shaft; easier on the wallet.

I cannot even begin to sing praises to Clairol for this product. My hair has only a little gray around the faceline and eyebrows. For a year I was coloring my entire head every 4 weeks just to cover a small amount of gray - not anymore.
It's so easy to use - the color is foolproof - I couldn't be happier or more grateful for this product.
