I bought this product to cover my gray hair and I had never dyed my hair before. The instructions stated that it is safe to use with relaxers. This statement is completely false. Most of my hair broke off or fell out after using this product for 4 months. I could not tell that my hair was breaking during the first several months of usage as I have always had some breakage. But by the end of the fourth month, large clumps of my hair came out as I combed it. My hairdresser instructed me to stop using this product immediately. I had long, below shoulder length hair that took about 10 years for me to grow. Most of it was gone in 4 months due to this product. I wish that I had never tried this product.
