I've gone through a lot of hair dryers. I don't have long thick hair, but for some reason, my dryers don't last long. Not so with this one. I use it every day and it's been going strong for over a year. I agree with a previous review in that the cord is very short, but it doesn't affect me (tiny bathroom). I don't travel much, but the cord-keeper and foldable features allow me to store it anywhere.

Conair blow dryers have always worked the best for me. I've gone through tons of blow dryers. But Conair doesn't blow a fuse, if you use a brush close, to where the heat is coming from. Other brands i've tried, and they only last a few months. I recommend this blow dryer, since i have one myself.

I got this hair dryer after my other one died and I think I'll be returning it. First, the cord is too short. I plug it in and I can't even reach the bathroom mirror to see what I'm doing let alone able to maneuver the thing around my head. If I use an outlet that is closer to the floor, I can't dry the top of my head. Second, this thing blows fuses in less than 60 seconds. I gave up after having to reset the fuse in my basement 3 times in one night!!! Such a waste of time.
