I had a professional hairdryer for years that finally died. I haven't bought one in so long I wasn't sure what to get. I bought this one because it was inexpensive & I needed one right away. I surprised myself by how nice it is! My daughter who has bleached long hair is thrilled with the straightening attachment! Leaves her hair soft. I'm happy because I have long hair and the nozzle is long enough to keep my hair away from the intake, and noticed a double screen by the air intake which really helps keep your hair from getting sucked into the motor. The outer screen is even removable for cleaning. The hot setting is hot enough for me, because I know really hot will damage. The air flow isn't as strong as my last dryer which I thought would be a problem, but really, it does dry it in the same time. Very happy with this and quite a lot for such a great price!

I recently purchased this hairdryer after my previous dryer stopped working. This dryer dries my straight hair very quickly, but it doesn't seem to blow as hot as my previous dryer, even on the highest setting. On the high setting, it feels more like warm air coming out than Hot air. This may be because my former Panasonic hairdryer got very hot on the high setting, so I just need to get used to this particular hairdryer. This dryer does dry my hair much more quickly & my hair is less frizzy & shinier than before. My hair also feels healthier after blowdrying. I like the straightening pick that comes with the dryer, although it takes practice learning to use it, as it is quite big and bulky. I haven't tried the difusser attachment.
Overall, I would probably buy this dryer again.
