I read in Arthritis Today's drug guide that gloucosamine has been proven effective for relief of joint pain, 3 years ago. I started the next day and in about 45 days I was getting relief in the joints. I was taking Morphine for the pain, and i'm down to half of what I was taking before. the longer you use it the better it works,and it works for me.

I TOOK THIS PRODUCT FOR 2 YEARS AND THEN DECIDED TO TRY A CHEAPER PRODUCT. WASN'T LONG UNTIL I STARTED GETTING ACHY ALL OVER. I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA AND ARTHRITIS AND TAKING COSAMIN DS KEEPS ME GOING. I TAKE 2 AT BEDTIME. THEY ARE MUCH EASIER TO SWALLOW THAT ALL THE OTHER GLUCOSIMIN PRODUCTS I TRIED.

Nutramax, the maker of Cosamin DS, is one of the few companies that actually test and verify the quality and quantity of their ingredients. So, while it may be a bit more expensive, you are actually getting what you pay for when we buy this product.

Its a good product if you are concerned about keeping your joints healthy do you can keep working out the way you want as we age.

I have experienced a noticeable difference in both of my knees after taking this medication for several weeks. This is the fourth medication of this type that I have tried. I am definitely continuing with this medication.
