• Healthy Cleanse for Oily Skin, Clarifying Cleanser & Toner in One: Use AM and PM. Pump small amount into the palm of clean, dampened hand. Gently massage foam onto dry facial skin. Pay particular attention to problem areas such as the T-zone. Rinse well with warm water. Can be used to remove makeup. No extra steps required.
  
• Medi-morphosis Self-Adjusting Exfoliator: Gentle enough to use twice weekly. Massage over wet or dry face after cleansing (use slightly larger amount if using on dry skin). Avoid eye area. Massage into skin until all the exfoliants dissolve & you no longer feel crystals. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Can be used on lips.
  
• Medi-Matte, Oil Control Lotion SPF 20: Apply daily as needed to face. Use prior to sun exposure. Pay special attention to oily T-zone forehead and chin.
