I used this while doing P90X. It was my second go around. I had done P90X before, without a dietary aid. After I completed the 90 days I went back to my old habits and lost all of my muscle and gained back all the weight I had lost. This time around I used this along side my workouts and I saw results twice as fast. I really do believe this product works great, along side exercise, that is. I have not tried it alone, but it really does the trick if you pair it with exercise. Also, I have only had great experiences shopping online with Walgreens. The one time I did have a problem, the customer service agents were all over it and had a replacement product to me the next day. I am an extremely happy camper. :)

This is really a great Product a co-worker referd this product to me so I decided to try it at first I was a little skeptical because I really dont like taking pills especially for weightloss but after seeing my co-worker results I tried it . Within that 1st week I seriously felt energized but not in a negative way that most diet pills tend to make you feel. I ate less and i was in the mood to exercise more nothing extreme just did more walking Its been a little over a month now and I have lost 12lbs I am extrmely excited!! I know if i incorparate more water intake and more exercise no telling what weightloss I can achieve!!! Def. worth a try!

I was hesitant at first about trying this product but I am extremely glad I did. Since taking it I have dropped at least twenty pounds. It did a great job of curbing my appetite. I no longer have the urge to overeat or snack between meals.I feel great and have a lot more energy. I feel that in taking this product I am
doing something very positive to improve my health. I will definitely continue taking this product and will continue to recommend it to all my friends.

Amazing product, I was having trouble losing weight untill I found this product, and now with using it I am having no trouble. I do recommend it to everyone to at least try. It shipped very fast and I can not give more props to the effects of this product!!!
