Specially designed opening stretches to fit over the cast and then returns to its original shape to fit snugly against the leg.

Carefully slide the Cast Protector over the cast, bandage or wound by stretching the opening and pulling it over the cast.
Once you have pulled it over the cast, make sure to even out any folded creases and that the seal is flat and smooth

Pros: two in a box

Spouse had to wear ankle cast & this was the ONLY product that kept the leg dry up to the KNEE!

Cons: in some stores but not all

Wonderful..first short leg cast at age 40. It allows you to take a "normal" shower without worries about the cast getting wet. You do need a nonslip bathmat if you do not have one because cast cover is somewhat slick. And be careful on your knuckles, the cast cover is very snug that you have rub against the cast which in my case is rough. Works much better than the trashcan bag and duct tape! Four weeks to go!

Cons: i honestly can't think of any con's to this prod.

This is the best thing ever! I read the reviews and was still skeptical. At 40 I got my first cast and it is a short leg cast. I was so upset having to have a cast but then was just distraught after realizing how I was going to be able to take a shower! A friend of a friend said they made cast covers now, I never knew this and I work for Orthopedic doctors! So I did end up getting these and just let me say what a life saver it has been! I bought this box and it has TWO in it. I have been alternating back and fourth between the two now for over 4 wks and they both still work like new!! Not even a DROP of water has ever hit the cast. I can't tell you how impressed I was and how happy I am to be able to take a normal shower! HIGHLY recommended!

A LIFE SAVER!

Pros: Doesn't leak, Comfortable, fits a very large or small leg, keeps it's shape, Washable, Long Lasting

I've had leg ulcers for the past 3+ years and in the past year I've had to wear bandages on my legs that can not be taken off for a week at a time. If not for these cast and bandage covers, taking a shower would have been impossible. All the other brands that I have seen are double the price for only 1 cover. I've used the same 2 covers for almost a year now and they just now started to leak. That's with showering every day and large legs. I can't express how thankful I am to have discovered this product!
