• Apply: Pull the Curad® Elastic Wrist Support onto the affected hand, slipping your thumb through the thumb hole.
• Adjust: Support should fit tightly enough to provide even, constant pressure and should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.
• Care Instructions: Hand wash using cold water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Allow product to air dry. Do not bleach.
