Universal:  Fits most men and women; right or left arm, right or left foot.

Apply.  Pull the Curad® Heel and Elbow Protector onto the affected arm or foot.

Adjust.  Make sure the pad is centered over the elbow or heel.  This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.
