Prepare: Open all hook-and-loop closures.

Apply: Center the belt pad under the abdomen. Using the longer of the two narrow straps, attach one end to the pad and wrap around the back securing it to the opposite side of the pad. Center the elastic belt at the lower back. Pull both sides forward and attach the pad for desired tension.

Optional Step: Attach the shorter, narrow strap over the top of the stomach and attach to the belt to prevent the belt from sliding down.

Adjust: Readjust the straps if necessary to ensure a proper fit. This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.
