Prepare.  Loosen fastener on calf and foot straps.  Slide foot through toe opening so support rests on top of foot.
Apply.  Adjust position of support so calf strap is approximately 2 inches above the ankle bone and toes are slipped into the foot support.  Adjust the calf strap to provide a firm but comfortable fit.
Secure.  Center toes inside the toe support.  Pull on side of the two elastic anchors to the top of the support.  Repeat for the remaining strap.
Adjust.  Adjust the two elastic anchors as necessary to provide a firm but comfortable fit. 

Care Instructions:  hand wash removable fabric.  Rinse thoroughly.  Do not bleach.  Spot clean plastic shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap.  Rinse and wipe dry.  Do not machine wash.  Tumble dry or dry clean.
