I recently tore my ham-string and could hardly walk. I tried some of the salves that I have used before to help with a muscle strain.
None of them worked at all. Then I remembered a high school coach telling me when I strained a muscle, to have my mother pick up some camphor oil to massage into the muscle. This was 40 years ago. I told my wife to see if anyone had camphor oil. She called Walgreens and they told her to try their web site. It was in ointment form and really helped to soothe the muscle. In two days I was walking around the house. And eventually combined with heat (Walgreens had a perfect Sunbeam body shaped heating pad) and some stretches I was walking pretty good. An excellent product!

I love this product since I smell!! It made me REFRESH right away then I try massage on my shoulder since I work infront of computer everyday. It relieved my backace pretty well. I reccomended my husband to try it also work for him and he love the smell too!!!
