Tip: To find your waist size, bend to one side, find the natural crease, straighten and measure at this point. Find yourself between sizes? If you like a looser fit, choose the larger size. Prefer a snug fit? Then select the smaller size.

• To put on, open side perforations and slip on either standing, sitting or lying down. OR leave side perforations closed and step in and pull on like regular underwear. Adjust Velcro® closures for snug fit.
