Really the new design is perfect for a womans body, before this product there was only a unisex version - I am very satisfied with the womans fit and waist - also much more absorbant the the older version. Rated 3 out of 5 by Jan "for Women" is misleading Because this product was advertised (For Women) I expected it to be thicker in the middle. It wasn't. I usually use generic brands that cost less and work just as well. I've tried all brands available, and none of these products are very good for night wetting or heavy wetting. This product works as well as the others for emergency or light wetting, but for your money you might want to stick with the generics. I wish someone would make an "underwear" product that is as absorbent as the "diaper" models used in the hospitals. It is CERTAINLY needed. It would make the life of a caregiver MUCH EASIER.
