I was skeptical that it would work for dry heels because I have used many other products in the past that did not, but after a few weeks of using it, my heels are soft now.

I was diagnosed with diabetes last year and gradually my feet turned very dry and the skin calloused and cracked. I tried every cream on the market, even using good old fashioned petroleum jelly and wearing socks to bed. The softness and smoothness of my feet lasted a couple of hours but as soon as I'd put slippers or shoes on the dry flaky skin would be back. I used this product once and the results were immediately apparent. Using it regularly has turned my feet back into "normal" feet that I'm not ashamed to show off in sandals. The only slight downside is the medicinal smell but even that fades quickly. This product is really a miracle and everyone with dry, flaky, scaly skin should use it.

I am diabetic and had hip surgery which resulted in water retention in my leg. Use the cream to take the burning out of my foot and leg. With massage, it has softened my skin and kept my feet healthy.

Great footcream for diabetics. Keeps feet soft and soothing when you rub on and massage your feet.

Had recommendation to use for severely cracked heels and am diabetic. Healed well, quickly and so far with daily use problem has not returned. It's a winner.
