Load batteries into charger and select button. This charger is designed to charge 2 or 4 pcs of AA or AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. AA and AAA, batteries can not be charged at the same time. Place 2 or 4 batteries size AAA/R03 or AA/R06 into the charger compartments, taking care to observe polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the charger. To charge AAA batteries, flip down the contact brackets before inserting the batteries. To change AA batteries, flip up the contact brackets before inserting the batteries. Set cursor to the "2" or "4" position according to the number of batteries to be charged. If charging only 2 batteries at a time, place the batteries in the left hand side compartments of the charger. Plug in the charger. There're two ways to plug in the charger: Connect the charger input plug with AC mains. Connect the adapter DC output plug with the charger DC input socket, then connect the adapter AC input plug with AC mains. Charging start and LED indication. The red LED on charger is powered. The green LED bright in constant indicate batteries are fully charged. The green LED blink indicate batteries are charging. The green LED off indicate default mode. Note: Under fully charged status, the charger is in trickle mode but the batteries are ready for use and could be taken out. The charger will not supply charging will not supply charging current under defect mode, the defect mode is due to the cases: The battery is alkaline or fully charged Ni-Cd battery. Alkaline and rechargeable battery mixed; No battery put inside charger, or the "2/4" optional button is not in correct position; Battery connected with reverse-polarity. Charge complete: When the green LED bright in constant, it indicates the batteries are fully charged, the batteries could be taken out and ready for use. Remove the charger from AC power socket or wall outlet, or remove the adapter DC output plug from charger. Follow the process from step 1 if you want to start another charge. Note: Proposed working temperature for 20°C - 25°C.

Before charging, read usage instructions. This charger is designed for indoor use only. This charger is intended to charge AA/AAA metal-hydride (Ni-MH) batteries only. Attempting to charge any other types of batteries (e.g. Alkaline, Ni-MH, and so on) may cause personal injury and damage. Do not mix Alkaline/Ni-MH, or different capacity batteries together to charge. Recharge only one type of battery at a time. Remove charger from AC main when not in use. Never use an extension cord or any attachment not recommended manufacturer. Otherwise, this may result in a risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons. Do not operate charger if it has been subjected to shock or damage. Take it to a qualified service-man for repair. Not recommended for use by children. Do not disassemble the charger. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire. Unplug the charger from outlet before attempting any maintenance or cleaning. This power unit is intended to be correctly positioned in a vertical of floor mount position. To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the charger from the outlet when not in use. Do not place in or near water or extreme heat. Please do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
