After trying everything imaginable to remove gasoline smell from a load of laundry (baking soda, vinegar, coca cola, etc), I used 1/3 cup of Dr. Bronners peppermint soap in a load. After doing this twice, the gasoline smell was completely gone. Thank god!!!!

If I need a little help waking up, I will shower with Dr. Bronners rather than fix a cup of coffee. The peppermint oils leave you feeling refreshed and tingly, and with Dr. Bronners, you can always rest assured that you're not bathing in petroleum products. A word of warning: the peppermint soap should not be used on... well, sensitive skin. It's a mistake you make only once.

Dr. Bronner was a total genius. The soap is not only amazing and refreshing (love the way the peppermint wakes you up and leaves skin soft, clean, and slightly tingly) but his crazy label makes for some very interesting reading. Hard to beat that it is one of the safest soaps on the market (no parabens, phthalates, funky chemical concoctions), it is biodegradable, and a great value, too.

My number 1 soap for summer. Its a light consistency that doesn't leave a heavy feeling and the minty fragrance adds a freshening effect, which is great when its hot out. Its also multifunctional, and that's always a plus for me. The negative is that during the colder months, it doesn't provide any real added moisture. Other than that this stuff is great!
