I just used this today and won't be using again- I think it smells terrible!! I love lavender products, but to me, this was gross! I see that other people like this product and that's okay, but I would recommend smelling it before you buy it. It may have a lot of uses and some people may like certain ingredients, but the smell is awful! I already threw mine away. Yuck!!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Mitty Great all-purpose soap
I recently discovered Dr. Bronners products and they are amazing. I've used this soap for a number of cleaning jobs and it works well, and the lavender smell is wonderful. Dilute it 1:2 with water, add a teaspoon of jojoba oil and you have a facial cleanser and body wash. Use a couple of tablespoons in a bucket of water to clean your floors.
I also appreciate the natural ingredients in this product. I will be buying more.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by skeptic Great Find!!
A nurse suggested I try this soap. I am hard to impress with products, but this one is a winner. Makes repeated hand washing a joy. No more drying out of hands. Great shower soap. Bathe my dogs in it too. Just love the quick rinsing and gentle "rain water" feel it leaves behind. Worth a try to other skeptics!!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Julie Two Great Product!
I dilute this soap with water and it lasts for a long time therefore is very cost effective. I pour a little of the diluted mixture into a sponge and it lathers well, smells wonderful and doesn't dry out my skin like other soaps. I think it's fabulous. Very refreshing. I've used both the lavender and the peppermint which has a kind of cooling menthol quality.

It takes only mere drops of this soap to clean my whole body in the shower - and it feels so smooth. No heavy fragrance, but very pleasant and mildly scented. I also use it instead of shaving gel. The oils moisturize and protect my skin from razor burn and dryness; and in the long run it is far less expensive than shaving gel.
Believe the labeled uses for Dr. Bronner's castile soaps. It really is ALL- Purpose.
