To remove bacteria and decaying food particles simply brush teeth and lightly brush tongue.  Wet Tongue Squigi™ and open mouth wide and extend tongue.  Place Tongue Squigi™ toward the back of your tongue and stroke 8-10 times using a forward stroking motion.  Rinse thoroughly.  Rinse Tongue Squigi™ and keep it next to your toothbrush.  Use as directed each time you brush your teeth.  Your mouth will immediately feel fresher and cleaner.

Replace your Tongue Squigi™ and toothbrush every 3 months.
