I love to wear heels. But heels don't love me. I'm a heavier woman with a lower arch so being comfortable in a pair of pumps the whole night is a challenge that has yet to be conquered. I bought these insoles in hoped that I could finally dance the night away rather than just sit down and look pretty. I went out to a club and the ball of my foot began to hurt during the walk from the car to the front door! I was disappointed to say the least. I believe that if you are a heavier woman or have lower arches then this product may not be right for you. I have slimmer friends who say that it works fine.
Dr. Scholls has another insole that is strictly for the ball of the foot. Maybe I'll try those next. I'm not ready to give up hope!
