I bought them not realizing that they were so short. But I used them anyway. They are wonderful. My 1st week on a new job where I am on my feet all day, my feet were killing me. The 1st day of wearing these insoles was a great relief, my feet did not hurt at all and I have not had a problem with them.

Cons: Too short, slide around, No Support

My biggest problem with this product is that the insoles are too short. The package says they're supposed to fit shoe sizes 6-10, and I have no idea how they are supposed to fit a size 10 when they don't even fit my 6 1/2 size shoes. They end up sliding around in my shoe which means they can't give me the support I need. So unless you have size 6 or smaller shoes, I would recommend buying bigger insoles and trimming them to fit.

Cons: No cushion where needed

I bought them on the internet so I could not tell that they were only 3/4 insoles. I need some cushion on the ball of my feet but the heel part does help my ankles
