So far so good; I've applied to shoes, worn shoes within my home, and not outside or longer than an hour. So far so good!

The product sticks to your foot and still makes it burn. Not practical if wearing hosiery or in closed shoes because your hosiery sticks to the product as you try to put your foot in the shoe. It is also difficult to tell exactly where to place it in the shoe for maximum comfort. This product used to have a soft covering on it that made it more practical. It was washable also. I still have some I purchased over 3 years ago! Please bring that product back!

Anytime I buy a new pair of heels I buy a pair of these too. They are so comfortable and they stick in place so it wont shift around when you are walking. I've worn these with heels upto 5 inches high for a few hours.

These are a LIFE SAVER. Buy these and you can wear shoes, even brand new ones for hours without the pinching, burning and numbness that sometimes comes with high heels. I wear them with every 4 inch or higher pair I own and I don't know what I would do without them.

Makes wearing heels EXTREMELY comfortable! I never wear heels without slipping one of these in my shoes. My friends always wonder how I manage to wear heels all day and this is the secret!
