The product sticks to your foot and still makes it burn. Not practical if wearing hosiery or in closed shoes because your hosiery sticks to the product as you try to put your foot in the shoe. It is also difficult to tell exactly where to place it in the shoe for maximum comfort. This product used to have a soft covering on it that made it more practical. It was washable also. I still have some I purchased over 3 years ago! Please bring that product back!

Anytime I buy a new pair of heels I buy a pair of these too. They are so comfortable and they stick in place so it wont shift around when you are walking. I've worn these with heels upto 5 inches high for a few hours.

These are a LIFE SAVER. Buy these and you can wear shoes, even brand new ones for hours without the pinching, burning and numbness that sometimes comes with high heels. I wear them with every 4 inch or higher pair I own and I don't know what I would do without them.

Makes wearing heels EXTREMELY comfortable! I never wear heels without slipping one of these in my shoes. My friends always wonder how I manage to wear heels all day and this is the secret!

All you have to do is place these on th shoe itself, slide foot in, your done! It's alittle bulky but you do get a snug, non slip fit in your toe area. I used to only wear flat footed shoes (tennis shoes, skateboard shoes, running shoes) but since my job demands heels I had to start buying some. My toes used to go numb after about an hour of wearing them and stay numb for a few days. Now I can run, hike, dance, and wear them to bed due to these "ball of foot insoles". It's a great product and a great price. They WILL work if your heels have a little room in the toes.
