Wipe inside of shoe clean. Remove clear plastic backing from bottom of insole. Insert insole inside each shoe, lining up the heel of the insole with the heel of the shoe and lining up the raised arch with the inner edge of the shoe. Replace every 6 months. If insole gets dirty, wipe clean.

Great for High Heel Lovers!

Pros: arch support, don't make shoes tighter

I decided to give these a try when I found myself with an amazing pair of 4 1/2" nude heels. After trying to wear them to work a few days, I was concerned I would have to save them for special occasions.

I am wearing them with the inserts today and loving it!. They provide lots of relief and I'm walking in my heels much easier.

I do agree with other reviewers on the size. I'm and 8.5 and there is gap of about 1/2" to 3/4" from the back of the heel to where the insert is placed to provide me with proper support, which is fine but I technically need to move them more for the ball of the foot cushion to sit lower in my shoe. At least two separate size options would be nice.

They aren't perfect but they have made heel wearing more comfortable. I'm a seasoned wearer so I'm very happy and I know I'll be buying more of these for some of my other higher pairs!

Pros: Inconspicuous

Cons: too narrow; not enough cushioning

These are very narrow (approximately 1.5 inches at its narrowest point and 2.5 inches at its widest point). My feet were a bit wobbly due to their narrow size. They are also fairly short (7.5" long). I am a size 6.5 and they feel slightly small. Plus, the padding/gel in the ball and heel is almost non-existent. All of the gel is in the arch. That may be good for arch support, but not for the ball of the foot which absorbs most of the pressure in heels. I even tried them with flat sandals and they were more uncomfortable than wearing nothing at all. However, they are inconspicuous, so these may be your only option for stappy high-heeled sandals.

Pros: Comfortable, Supportive

This product is great for ladies who have flat feet, but want to wear heels for more than 5 minutes. After purchasing this product and trying it out, I went out and bought a few more pairs of heels. I can now wear heels more comfortably! The only thing is, someone should create a product just like this, but comes in different sizes depending on the degree of the arch or lack there of. Overall, wonderful product!
