I have severe plantar fasciitis and these have been a lifesaver. Rather than buy new shoes (new expensive shoes), I decided to try these inserts. They provide the same cushion-y relief that I get from my cr0cs. I can wear ,without any pain, the shoes that usually bother my plantar fasciitis. These inserts are worth it. Only one small complaint is that the inserts move a bit. I have to realign them in my shoe every once in a while. I sort of wish they would stick to the inside of my shoe, but I am just happy to be without pain that having to re-position the insert is only a small nuisance.
