I've used several inserts over the years, and they usually work out great. However, this is one of the worst ones I've used. They are uncomfortable to walk in, and they are actually causing more pain in both my feet and lower back than the regular insoles.

Insoles felt wonderful. Gel felt great, easy on the feet. However the top fabric on the insole came unglued and bunched up under my heel. No way to re-glue or get the fabric to re-adhear. Too bad.

My son went to three doctors before the physical therapist diagnosed the problem...his cleats were not giving him enough arch support. And since he wore his cleats about 11 months out of the year, his pain continued to increase over the last several months. Doc said that these specific arch inserts would work better than the prescription arches that cost >$300, especially since his feet are still growing. We have purchased four pairs of these inserts for all his shoes (they are really easy to swich in and out, he is just lazy!)! After two days of wearing the arch inserts, his pain in his ankles was completely gone! My husband has since purchased a pair for himself!
