I do a lot of crouching ...the front of the pad wore out in 3 months. Still looking for that solution.

These gel inserts take on the worst odor.I never had any issue with any type of shoe or boot odor until I used this product.This product should be permantly recalled.I would warn the consumer to keep their receipt and upc bar code because they will need both items when they return this product.

Last about five or six months great all day. Love them would not use any thing else have had four pair.

I use these in my work shoes. After first they were great, but then the material on the insole bunched and is baggy now. I only got these 3 weeks ago.

It comes with curved lines in the toe area that correspond to your size (ex. 9, 10, 11). Just trim along your shoe size line on the toe area which takes ten seconds. I use them along with my existing insoles with my sneakers. They provide the perfect amount of both cushion AND arch support. Before I had these my arch's would hurt by the end of the day. That is no longer the case. The package says they are designed to last for about six months before they recommend a fresh pair. That is far more than reasonable for lasting all day comfort. They are so inexpensive that this is a small price to pay twice a year. I've had mine for months and they are still going strong.
