This is great to message away the back pain while relaxing. The three zones work wonderful and the heat is an added bonus.

This product is cheaply made and its functionality is sub-par. I bought this after reading good reviews but was disappointed when I finally got to use it. Vibration is decent but the heating pad barely warms up. Unless you're naked, you won't feel much, if any heat. I will return this item and get my $20 refund, and put it towards something better for my husband this 2012 Christmas.
