Just putting my foot in the shoe with the insole changed my posture, relieved the pain instantly. If you get plantars fasciitis but and compression band for the arch and this and it will save you feet. The pain is bearable like 2 or 3. Before it was a 10 or more. The worst pain in my life. I can not tell you that this product saved my life. I bought the male one, i just could not find it online.

If you, like me, weed your garden by crouching down on your flexed feet, you may overstretch the band of tissue leading from your heel to your toes and find yourself in extreme pain the next day, in not one, but both feet, concentrated in the heel/arch.
Thank goodness for this product! I limped into Walgreens and purchased it after work and put them in my softest most cushiony shoes and found they felt very strange at first because of the flex action in the arch support, but got used to this very quickly. I liked the heel cushioning and the fabric cover on top. It did not cure my pain, but it made it bearable for me to go to work. I also purchased a pair of heel cushions which I added to my casual home shoes to use instead of slippers.
Thank you for this product! I did not give it five stars because I found they need to replaced quickly, but I liked the price and especially the fabric cover.

I have these in all my shoes. They relieve my plantar fasciitis heel pain. Don't think I can walk properly without them.

Great for those who suffer from tired feet pain due to high arch and bunions. Arch support is comfortable and not stiff like custom Orthotics. I like the versatility to exchange from sports, work, and gardening. Easy to wash and wear.

I spent several hundred $$$ for 1 orthotic because of arthritis in the ball of my foot. I tried to find a different solution for my other shoes. Gym versus a work shoe...This orthotic along with a bottom of the foot custion works great for me. At least I don't have to change the orthotic each time I need to switch shoes. Now if I could find a pair of sandles that would work with this less expensive orthotic that would be great.
