To Charge Batteries:  Insert 4 AA or AAA Duracell NiMH rechargeable batteries into the charging slot.  Plug in the charger to a power source.  When the batteries are charged, unplug the charger from the power outlet and remove the batteries.  New batteries may need to be charged before using.  Batteries will automatically stop charging when full charge is reached.  Safety protections will prevent battery from overcharging.
